Clear Personalized Data
There are couple of ways you can clear or delete the typing history on your Android device. It is straightforward to terminate them forever and they can not suggest any more words. If you got some words you want to clear, do the following:
1. Go to > Settings> General Managment.

> General Management

2. Tap on Language & Input.

3. Now tap on Virtual Keyboard.

3. Tap on Samsung Keyboard.
